A single residential house may take 3–6 months from ground-break to handover; finishing works like tiling or ceilings take days to weeks; civil engineering projects scale with size. We provide detailed Gantt-style programmes at project inception so you always know what's happening when.
Absolutely. We regularly construct from approved architect plans and can also collaborate with your appointed professionals. If you don't yet have drawings, we can recommend trusted architects and assist with the full design-to-build process.
Yes — ICG stands behind its workmanship. We provide workmanship warranties for every completed project, with the specific terms and duration varying by service type (e.g., structural works vs. finishing). Warranty details are always confirmed in writing within our contract documentation.
Yes. ICG is registered with the Zambia Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA), the National Council for Construction (NCC) and holds a CEEC preferential endorsement — qualifying us to tender and deliver on public and institutional sector contracts.
